They don't really care about you once you buy a car and drive out of their shop. Anyway, my friend recommended Wnvision, so I called them and they were super friendly and helpful. I requested OEM parts and during the quoting process Kendrick kept me up to date on the progress. The store location is easy to find, the location is very nice, modern and clean. I arrived at the last minute on Friday; although they couldn't replace the glass right then, they offered to cover it with plastic—even though I hadn't even made an appointment for the replacement. They also vacuumed up the broken glass without being asked, which really impressed me. While I had wanted the glass fixed that day, the service they provided—without charging me—made me willing to wait until Monday.  Verified Envision Auto glass was terrific. Kendrick emailed me right back when I asked for a quote and availability. When I called, Sean was friendly and connected me to Kendrick who came to fix my window within the hour. Which was great since it was raining. Kendrick was polite, friendly and went beyond just fixing the glass by really cleaning up and making sure there were no random pieces of glass in the car or outside on the street.  Verified Overall: The service provided by Envision Auto Glass was great. They did all the work to locate and order the correct replacement glass and installed in record time. By the sound of the vacuum, it seemed like it took them more time to clean out all the broken glass than to install the new window. Sean and his team were friendly and had me back on the road in no time. Communication: I was contacted within a few minutes of opening up a project request for auto glass replacement on Yelp. While other vendor messages cut straight to the point with quotes and availability, what stood out most from Envision was that Sean started by thanking me for reaching out and apologizing for my situation. You think a smashed window wouldn't be a big deal, but some how you still feel violated having your property vandalized. Sean's kind words helped put some of that feeling at ease. Availability: Although Envision did not have the proper glass on hand for my vehicle, they did the research to find one. They informed me the glass would need to be shipped from out of state. They outlined my options and cost, letting me make the final decision. The replacement glass made it in overnight and Envision was able to service my vehicle immediately. Facility: The facility was great. They have a nice waiting room with seating, light beverages and wifi if you need. They completed the work in a very short time and also helped fix a leak for no additional charge. Both of the employees were very nice and perfectionists with their work.  Verified When I requested a quote to multiple companies, the response from Envision was part of the reason I chose them. The others just said it would be said amount but these guys wanted to make sure 100% that they had the correct windshield they wanted my VIN to confirm. The day of service they showed up early and even were able to deal with my cars difficult location as I was at work in Oakland. Super reasonable, very knowledgeable and kind, and they went above & beyond replacing my windshield, and suggesting a couple of other parts that the dealership would charge an arm & a leg for. They worked seamlessly with my insurance, and I highly recommend them. Easy to get to San Leandro location, nice lobby if you want to hang out & get work done while you wait in a safe environment. 10 stars!
